Night Owls Provision
Night Owls is our after-school provision designed to offer a safe, engaging, and supportive environment for children at the end of the school day. Running from 3:15pm to 5:30pm, the club provides planned activities; opportunities for social play and a nutritious meal to ensure children are well cared for and entertained. Children have access to both indoor and outdoor space depending on weather and time of year.
Sessions are priced at £10 each, and bookings can be made conveniently via the Arbor app. Whether you're working or just need a bit of flexibility, our Wraparound Care Club is here to help—providing peace of mind for parents and a fun, structured end to the day for children.
From September 2025, if you would like your child(ren) to attend then please book via the Arbor app and ensure the agreement is signed. Places should be booked in advance on the app. Ideally at least one week before but at least 24 hours’ notice is needed to ensure staffing and food are sufficient for the session.
If you wish to cancel your child’s place then you must call/email the school office (at least 24 hours-notice is required to avoid a charge). Unfortunately, Arbor does not allow you to cancel a place once booked so this must be done directly with office staff via a call/email.
Wraparound Care Agreement
Agreement is given via a Google Form which will be sent to all parents/carers who book a place.
- Night Owls starts at 3:15pm and finishes at 5:30pm.
- £10 per session (£8 sibling) to be paid in advance.
- I will notify school in advance if someone other than the parents/guardian (with permission listed on Arbor) will be collecting my child.
- I will collect my child/children by 5:30pm at the Night Owls door. I understand if I am late a fee of £5 per child will be payable.
- I will pay in advance for my child’s session one week before.
- I will give 2 weeks’ notice if I wish to cancel my child’s place permanently or change the days they attend regularly. If I have already paid for the sesssions, these will not be refundable due to staffing/availablity of places.
- I will request a place at Night Owls via the Arbor app and give at least 24 hours notice if I require an ad-hoc session. I understand that due to staffing, I may not be offered a place on the day requested.
- I understand I must pay for every booked session. If I have a place and do not send my child, I will still be charged.
- If my child needs medication whilst attending Night Owls, I will complete the relevant school forms to give permission for staff to administer this.
- I will download and login to Class Dojo as a method of communication during Night Owls’ sessions.
- I understand my wraparound care account on Parent Pay must be cleared before the end of the summer term to guarantee my child’s place for next academic year.

I understand my child’s place may be revoked if:
- They display unacceptable behaviour which does not follow our Core Values.
- My child has not attended the club for their allocated sessions for a period of 2 consecutive weeks.
- They are collected late on multiple occasions.
- If my account is more than 2 weeks in arrears (debt recovery procedures may also begin).
Daily Breakfast Club
8am - 8:50am
Children must be booked into our Breakfast Club provision daily.
A range of cereals, toast, fruit and juices are on offer.
£4 per day
Daily Tuck Shop
8:50am: every child is offered a bagel on arrival into school.
Mid-morning: a range of fruit is offered during morning Friendship Session.
