School Uniform

We have high expectations for all our children in everything they do. We believe that the school uniform is very important. Governors have agreed that this sets an impression and expectation for all to do their best. Parents of children not wearing school uniform will be contacted by staff to bring in suitable clothing. Some spare clothing will be kept in school.

Please help us ensure your child is striving to be the best they can by ensuring they have the right uniform.

Our school colours are Navy Blue, Red and White.

Items with our school logo may be ordered through the school office or parents may prefer to buy plain uniform items elsewhere.

Our uniform comprises:-

  • Navy blue sweatshirt or cardigan
  • Plain or school logoed Red or white polo shirt
  • Navy blue trousers, skirt or pinafore

In summer, parents and children may prefer:-

  • Blue and white check or red and white check dresses
  • Plain navy blue/grey shorts

All children need indoor shoes or indoor pumps to help to keep your child and the school clean.

Please could you make sure that all items of clothing are clearly named.

PE Uniform

PE is a curriculum lesson and the children need to be appropriately dressed. Although we have sporty Friday every week, you child is still expected to wear a school uniform PE Kit.

For health and safety reasons, it is essential that children wear the appropriate clothing for PE. This includes:-

  • Plain white, red or navy T shirt
  • Plain navy or black shorts
  • Pumps or trainers
  • Optional plain Navy/grey/ jumper and joggers or tracksuit for outdoor PE
  • Swimming kit for Years 3 and 4
  • Full plain dark swimsuit for girls
  • Plain dark trunks for boys

Sporty Friday has been organised so children do not lose PE time getting changed.

This is not a dress down day. Children are expected to wear the school PE kit. Parents will be contacted to bring appropriate kit in if the children do not wear this.
